Authorized Dealer
What is an authorized dealer? Each of the sewing machine manufacturers has a marketing division that recruits people to sell and service their machines. Each dealer purchases their dealership, training, machines, and supplies from the marketing company. Initial costs may run $100,000 or more depending on many variables. When you agree to sell machines, you also agree to provide free "warranty" service for a set period of time. As a dealer you are authorized to sell and service that brand of sewing machines.
